Vortec HP3?
Does anyone know about the GM vortec hp3 featured in Powerboat?
Is GM going to bring it to market under GM or Merc? Will it have a closed cooling system like the 496ho & mag, how will it stack up against the 525efi? Maybe there is someone in OSO with experience that might have the inside scoop
