Default Donzi zfc 35 marine head cleaning

Hello and thank you for the helpful comments. Going to look at a Donzi ZFC Daytona that I'm considering making an offer on.I've been reading a number of post on donzis, center consoles and general boating threads and articles. I was recently reading a thread on Marine Head vs Porta-Potti. Pros and cons of both types relative to cleaning, maintenance, etc. Does anyone here have experience or knowledge of the heads in the Donzi ZFC, 2005/2006 model years? Are they porta-potties, or heads with pump-outs? Will I need to have access to a dock-side pumping station? Or ocean dumping when 3 or more miles out? How are they cleaned, dumped and kept from stinking? I'm just trying to be aware and informed of the not-so-fun aspects of boating as well as the fun stuff.

Thank you much!!
