No not me have to hit lotto first.

I still can't believe someone hasn't built a triple OB' powered 37......years ago someone built a 38 Powerplay with triple 275 and that boat was very versatile. I think the 37 AT with triple 400's would be a 90+ MPH boat and very versatile as well.

Why isn't anyone talking about how the 7 marine motors are no faster than the mercy?

I just joined the Renegade family after purchasing a 2014 31' CC with twin Verado 300's. I went this route exactly for the reasons stated. I got rid of my IO boat because they are a pain in the ass and double the trouble with a gimbaled outdrive. Now I can do every aspect of basic user maintenance including winterization with no hassles or worries. The clincher for me was after visiting Renegade and seeing first hand the forethought in design and the quality of craftsmanship was on par with any top tier builder and NO WOOD in the construction. Now I have a family friendly go fast boat. It's the only way to go IMHO.

The 350 isn't a shabby option, and if I'm not mistaken you can now get up to an eight-year warranty on it.

I was thinkin the same thing. Guess their weight and cost is a major factor. I would think if somebody was using them to the extent that the Mercs are being used we would see more. The Mecr 400 really blew the market up good.

I know the boat and owner. 75MPH is going to be at the very upper end of the speed range. with 400's boat will run all day at 70. My 32 with 300's ran 64/65 fully loaded or empty. 32 has 96" beam with no steps. In my opinion having owned 1 I would not worry much about the top end because the ride is FANTASTIC for a 32.

I believe Active Thunder just released their 29' with 300's and it ran close to 70mph.

Boating Mag puts it at 75mph w/300s in their test.

Active thunder is also a great boat , BUT the 29 is listed at over $ 200 k with twin 300's " ouch " and you would probably want to compare the 32 Renegade with the 33 A.T and that is even more $$ , Both are great boats but with a different class of money . there is a buyer for everything and each has there own market .
