I use the seasuckers to hold my fenders on. Strong as hell.
I also use it to hold my GPS to the dash.

Agreed they are strong, my line tender has to have a 5-6" diameter cup, the ability to evacuate the air using the plunger makes it even stronger.

Those sea suckers look pretty trick, that is probably the way to go. Would still be interested to see other setups as to how folks are using these.

I have been using them for about a year or so. The stainless d ring is held in place by 4 screws. Take them out and put the loop of the fender rope through the ring and put it back together. Raise and lower fender by placing it higher or lower on deck or side. Just had 2 more delivered weds. Plan on numbering them and putting small vinyl number on the deck so its idiot proof LOL. My pin cleats are heavy and they love to chip paint. One less thing to worry about just walk out on the deck and pump them a couple times and done!! come white or black too.

i also plan on using them for my cockpit umbrella to hold the straps and be able to move it forward or back.

Thanks, I would like to see some pictures of that cockpit umbrella, that sounds cool. My fenders use mushroom cleats, not pin cleats. I'm going to try to rig up something on the sea suckers so they are not always attached to the fenders but I can quickly hook the fender on if needed. That way I can use either the mushroom cleat or the fender depending on the situation.

They work great on little boats anyway.
