Invest in Yourself. Your own business is under your control and your success will depend on You.

Or you could give it to me and I'll invest it for you, trust me .......

I would be afraid to try to fill 460 slips anywhere nevermind in Kentucky......

My extra cash doesn't make me money, but it sure makes me feel good when I hit the sticks

I saw that one in Dayton Kentucky. I absolutely hate the river life down there.

When you say "invest in trailer parks," what do you mean? You want to own one/ partner with someone who already owns one? I set up, transport, teardown, refurb manufactured homes for a living. Ownership is not all it's cracked up to be. Very high turnover/ eviction rate with tenants and employees and a lot of hidden expenses. To make real money with them you have to own several properties. Not trying to discourage you, rather looking out for you.

Trailer parks are a lot more work than you think and yes all tenant are pain in the a$$. I bought a park 9 years ago it will be paid off next year and I could retire very comfortably at 52, but I think i'll work a few more years to spend the money on boats!

There was a sale of a trailer park in Jupiter for 15.9 million for 130 spots on 10 acres just inside the inlet at the intracoastal. Sold in 1998 for 835K, sold for 15.9 in 2013. http://www.sunisandsfl.com/maps.php

It was a ridiculously great spot and is sitting right next to this bar: http://squaregrouper.net/
Bar was in the 5 oclock somewhere Jimmy Buffet/Alan Jackson song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BPCjC543llU
