I believe there was no moon this weekend. I can not understand the need to travel at speed when all you can see are lights on the shore.

Edit, a witness reported hearing loud music and "revving" engine from the wakeboat at 5am shortly before he heard a loud crash. TV reporter quoted police as saying they hit a concrete barge.
