Marina cant accommodate big boat this year so we need rooms Anyone have anything extra?

Gino your best choice is rent a house with a pool. That's what i did and well worth it.

Ive stayed at a little B&B called the Ambrosia House a few times, 1/2 block off Duval, very Quaint/Quiet... Cool people own it...

Just stay in Miami , With your boat it's probably one hour each way to Key West :)
