Ford F350 noise in steering

I have a 2002 F350 diesel 4wd. I notice when in parking lots when I turn the wheel to almost full to one side, it sounds like a crunching sound. Anyone else notice any noise when turning sharply. Never hear the noise at any other time when driving normally.

Most often times its the steering stops that need grease.

Never heard a crunching sound, but my sure moans a lot under tight turn conditions. I took it to the dealer and was told it was acting normal.

OK, moaning with a undertone of crunching...... moaning, stressing under the pressure.... OK, sounds like the same thing..... Thanks!!!!
