If the seat is white, try Clorox Cleanup with bleach. Let it soak in and it may bleach it out.

i dont know what brand vinyl you have but my interior guy recommends using naptha which you can get from home depot or such. i use it and it works great. takes a little rubbing but it makes the seats look new and cleans stuff like oil and lotion residue from it well also! you will want to use a conditioner afterwards!

Naptha works great!!! It'll take just about anything off.

Naptha is also what Zippo lighter fluid is mostly, so you can pick it up from just about any gas station or convenience store.

You guys are going to think I am crazy, but my line of work we see it all (Fire and Water Restoration). This actually happened to me and it worked great, don't know about vinyl.

My lab puppy chewed up an ink pen on our white carpet in the formal living room. I took shaving cream and sprayed it on, then worked it in - no luck right away. The next morning the stain was completely gone. This may not work on vinyl, just make sure that you work it in.

Just a thought

A buddy of mine spilled octane booster on his white seat and the only thing that got the stain out was sun tan lotion. Took some rubbing though.

Wild, why did you just happen to try shaving cream???

i have had pretty good luck with westleys tire bleach on vinyl. . . maybe use a fine scotch brite or brush.
