the CMI headers both pairs leaked internally at the sametime, filling the engines first and then the rest of the boat and down she went. Watch the video the diver talks and shows the headers, Yep those were CMI's.

Yes & that boat has only been down for a few years, see what that salt water does..... No that can't be... I read a thread on here where some Einstein's were saying salt water is easier on boats then fresh water... say it aint so

So if it went down by the engine compartment flooding, why is the deck blown off it?

Freshwater is a better way to sink your boat. It's like a full service car wash! :drool1:

Air was trapped in the bow if it sank stern first and as it sank the air pressure built untill it popped the deck off.

TY - I thought of that but wasn't sure if there was a story about it stuffing a wave and not coming back up the was it was broken - somewhat like the deck (not considering the bow damage) of the Nortech in the classifieds

Please provide a physics based scenario that explains how the headers could fail so catastrophically that water is able to flow up fighting gravity to leak into the boat. Especially if bilge pumps are in working order.
