Florida noise laws

I'm thinking of trailering my scarab down to Florida for a few weeks this winter but have heard that there are noise bylaws in the state. My boat has through hull exhaust with no silent muffler. Is it going to be a problem in the intercostal? Thanks for the info.

I used to run a scarab with dry exhaust on some NA 600's... We needed a headset to communicate in it.. not one ticket(for noise) ever..

If you are coming to S. FL and do not have radical motors dont worry.

Thanks for the info. I will be hauling my boat 2100 miles so I want to be sure I can use it.

Lived in Grant for two years. Had, seen and heard everything. No problems.

If I went down there and they gave me a summons , I would say sorry officer. Have a good day...... I'll see you tomorrow .

I have lived here all my life and have never seen anyone get ticketed for excess noise. Pure Platinum runs on all the waterways in Fl. and has never been stopped.

I got pulled over in Lighthouse Point. I thought broward was starting to crack down on it?

None of here.

Keep it loud and proud in the gulf.
