I think this is awesome, it goes to show that 2 adults using proper dialogue and discussing what goals for the product and expectations from both sides can do for any transaction. Good for Ron and Kenny.

Was looking through some pics I had taken at the skater factory along time ago and came across a few of that boat getting rigged. awesome boat. Has it ever even been in the water prior to you owning it ? Good luck with the project you guys will get it right. If it was easy everyone would have one!
