Who owns old donzi plant in Sarasota?
 

Just curious if donzi /Baja still owns the property in Sarasota. I know the Pro-line plant in Crystal river was recently sold.

google maps shows an abandoned building with a for sale sign:

no current listing for that address, no sarasota listings for that real estate company.

Seeing some of the asking prices for property over there and I think they would struggle to get 600-700K for those 10 acres.

Rodney Dessberg owns the property (also Hidden Harbor marina).

those paint booths are just sitting there!!!! damn i would buy/lease that property in a heart beat. why cant CNY have cool **** like that
