Anyone upgrade a 500efi camshat
 

Im going to pull the moters for a rebuild this winter and I was wondering if anyone did any internal mods to a 500efi. Like head work or a cam swap ext.....

fast fountain is being sarcastic. Apparently Bank Beaters was caught cheating at the SBI race in NYC by modifying his 500 EFI. It seems he is going to make a stink about it till nobody can stand it anymore.

He probably has a bayliner!!

PART NUMBER 139741 JUST SPEC IT FOR MARK 5 OR 6 BLOCK FOR YOUR NEEDS POCKET PORT THOSE HEADS AND SEND THE COMPUTER TO ARIZONIA SPEED AND MARINE AND IT WILL FLY :D :D

THE HEADS AREN'T REAL GOOD I RECOMEND USING BRODIX
-2 JUST CLEANED UP UNDER THE VALVE AND COMP CAMS 929 SPRINGS IF YOUR STAYING AWAY FROM A BLOWER :D

With good heads and the cam you should be around 550hp.

what kind of rpms or you turning to get into the low 600hp, and did you add compression or just add the brodix heads and crane cam?

:D 9.3 TO 1,,, 5800 RPM AND ALITTLE MORE H.P. HIGHER RPM ITS JUST THAT WE HAVE FOUND HYD ROLLERS DON'T LIVE LONG ABOVE 5800 ,:)

Are thay efis.or carb moters?
