ISO: Physcoboater How to contact?

Trying to get ahold of a certain member. "Psychoboater" Can any of the moderators help me with this? He hasn't been on since 14' but hoping he still has the boat he has and I have a few questions for him. But his inbox is full. Any help is appreciated. Thank you Gentleman!
