The lines on that beast look just like the Blue Thunder Custom's 39s.

The hull is really much more like a Skater. He went through a real design and testing process. The Blue Thunders were basically a Top Gun hull split in the middle. Like I said this design is much more performance oriented. Est weight is 12k with 4 motors.

I have no idea of cost.... at the moment not in my budget,,,, yet

YES, it does, even has the old school crease down the side. That front end of that Prowler looks "all" Cigarette, no similarity to a high performance cat at all.
