Whatever it is it sure looks dated even for 1978. You sure the boat isn't a 1968?

I'm going glastron
|
It does look very Glastron but the clue in post #10 says they still make boats but only for offshore. Glastron don't build offshore stuff do they?
I think it's a trick question and I'm going with Carlson High Performance Boats. (Art Carlson). Not sure what the current name is but that's my guess.....! RR Edit: There may be a link between Carlson and Contender. Mmm? |
MTI or DCB:lolhit:

Hmm.. OK a few more hints. There were only a few models available, back in the 70's. The earlier models had a rounded bow. Similar to the Hydrostream boats, different deck and hull. Then a bit later, pretty pointed bow. Almost "beak" like, but no not an early fountain. lol.

Since old school boat brands names here - how about concept for the future but back in 2002 way ahead of its time. Wake tower incorporated as well.
Anyone remember this from SCAD Education in GA ? Cobalt did a concept boat as well. http://www.idsa.org/sites/default/fi...r03_gattis.pdf |
These were offered in Florida back in the early 2000's. Classic looks with Merc jet power

It's not a Checkmate.
