Trump & Offshore Racing
 

Did you know that Donald Thrump sponsored two offshore races. I don't remember if it was 86 & 87 or 87 &. 88. At the time he sponsored our boat, we were running Pro Stock with the Shadow. I have a poster and a banner from the races hanging in my garage. Thought it would interesting to post this as he is running for president. I think it was the second year he sponsored that a hurricane came in and race was canceled and everyone evacuate AC. If anyone wants to post the pictures I can email to you as I can't post. I did put them on another site I interested

funny i was just thinking about that last night watching all the results. i remember his wife at the time went for a ride in, maybe bob kaiser's boat? i can't remember what boat.

My wife loved the year he sponsored Don Johnson she got take pictures with him.

He was a first class host. His yacht was docked in the hot pits. We were all invited to go on for food and drinks.

Great story and it would be great to see the posters.
