Dead calm....deck camera from a 50' Skater on calm water is in keeping of the deck cam on a aircraft carrier.

Not many people can say they have ever gone to the lengths you have Tyson!

Thanks for putting the time into sharing this thread it is the best. Great job you are doing on the boat . Wisseman were developing a 2 speed that was air operated and went onto an outboard trunk above the gearbox i saw it at SEMA back in 2010 or 2011, maybe they do one to go on an M8 .Good luck with this project it is absolutely the best thing I have ever seen online!

Crappy day there for sure. Mid to high 30's with a wintry mix coming down,

See a car at end of ramp so assuming they are still out there now?

What speed were you seeing around the 10 minute mark in the video?

Looking Good.

it looks fast but it was only around 95 mph,
if you notice the roost turns dark on the starboard side right at 9:40 that was when the turbo broke loose so the engine was not getting enough air to burn all the fuel and clean up the exhaust.

the turbine and compressor can be sized so that this statement is false

That starboard engine didn't look happy from the get go, it seemed to be steaming heavily at the start compared to the port.
Whats making to turbos let go? they should be the simplest part of the project if matched to the engine correctly and not over-speeding.

Here's one of my turbos off my motors what size inducer and exducer you running?
