msd ignition problem?

just installed a efi kit on my 1998 26 sonic with 502 mag mpi. kit included ecu re-calib, flame arrestor , adj fuel reg. and msd ignition and wire
harness. problem is this : after starting engine am hearing a constant low pitch warning alarm going off. i guess this alarm is connected to various sensors. i sent the ecu back to be re-calib again thinking this was the problem ,but is still doing the same thing . could this problem be caused by a faulty msd ignition box or the new wiring harnes ? set the timing and adj. fuel reg up according to insructions to 48psi (which i was later told should be set to 44-45psi) and base timing from 8deg to 10 deg. can any one shed some light on this mystery ? i plan tues to hook up the stock ignition and see if the alarm goes away .
