What the heck was Madonna -- who once published a soft-porn, coffeetable book entitled "Sex" -- thinking when she announced in the October issue of Vanity Fair that she plans to produce a series of children's books?

A. "I've even got the the title for the first book: One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Do Me."

B. "Children know frightenly little about bondage, and I plan on fixing that."

C. "I'm going to produce a whole series of children's books entitled, Bi-Curious George."

D. "I really want to help kids better understand the important issues in their lives. In much the same way the book, Mommy's Best Friend When Daddy's Out of Town helped Lourdes."

E. "Soft-porn is so last century."

F. "Twenty years into my career, and I'm still distracting people from the fact that I can't sing."
