Yes and it has screwed up all the photo sizing on threads when people post photos .jpg's

Ads across the top, the bottom, down the sides, now on the first post of every page. Think you all jumped the shark yet OSO???

Roger Penske needs to pay for those race cars somehow lol.

Now when your a for profit company getting paid for each ad seen, how is putting up more ads jumping the shark??

Internet Brands is not a boat company, it could care less about boats... Its a click company. Thats why you get 75 page cam threads attacking everybody but Robert Brisco, they generate clicks, clicks generate money.

I hear ya but if a TV stations is nothing but commercials you turn the channel. Just saying.

I started a thread on this over in the bilge section also. Ads along all the borders, sure fine. Ads in between the posts of thread, now you're making the site awkward. Ads actually in the body of the post, now the usability of the site is actually compromised in the way it rearranges the word and picture structure. When you have to switch to a special browser to use the site that's a bit too much with the ads. What's Steve up to? Maybe it's time for him to start over again.

You guys do remember several years ago when the site was sold to IB , corporate mismanagement, loss of functionality and the loss of personal control of the site lead to so many becoming disenchanted with it... A new site was developed, funded and came to exist and it took off like a rocketship. Unfortunately the megalomaniacal traits of one of the founders caused a few vultures to take aim at the site instead of just the person.

It was kind of like carpet bombing a country containing incredible natural resources with nuclear weapons when one member of the govt was the problem.. Unfortunately, had that not been the case, and a well planned and orchestrated surgical strike had been carried out, well this thread probably wouldnt exist.

When was the last time you saw an OSO banner or flag flying at a race or poker run? when was the last time OSO sponsored anything? when was the last time OSO had a party? When was the last time OSO promoted the sport of powerboating instead of profiting from it?

The one guy we got rid of in Iraq was the one guy that had the ability to make the country work. The website would have functioned fine without one individual....

I can't stand having ads appear when I start a new thread. It's rather annoying.
