Now the boat was just brought down to Fort Lauderdale (hence the palm trees) and was only in the water longe enough for the picture to be taken.
Geez, you guys are so suspicious...

Just looking, Ed, just looking. Actually I was thinking of something around 34-35', maybe a Cafe Racer. And then yesterday I got a call at work from a dealer at the boat show telling me that they'd like to see my boat because they were interested in taking it in trade for a Top Gun. I ask, "How did you get my number?" and they said "Your wife gave it to at the show on Sunday." We had looked at it on Saturday and she was back there working at the Power Squadron booth. I really need someone to say "Be reasonable, we don't need that boat.", but I don't think that's going to happen...

Mr. Offshore if your serious you are very WRONG!
The problem with Lake Erie or trying to compare it to the ocean is the frequency and direction of the waves they are much shorter apart and can sometimes seem like they are coming from different directions. The famous washing machine effect!
Just go to the NOAA sight and check out the offshore bouy stats between the Great Lakes and the ocean waters.

Thank You
I thought we were going to have to drag you down here and stick you in the middle of the Sandusky Bay channel with a northeaster blowing
I dock at CP marina so yes I get to hang out at all the boring locations
