Not sure where I'm putting in yet.Thanks for the info. But if that is the game we are going to play I'll be sure to get my moneys worth. I always pull of to the side and unplug the lights, open up the drive protector, take off the stern hold down, put in the drain plug, take the cover off, fold it, open the engine hatch ond turn the batteries on. Guess I'll wait till I start to back down before I do all that.

Don't leave out that after you pay the $30.00 launch fee at Hammond, you get the honor of parking outside the gated area, across the four lane road, in the dirt-rock-glass covered strip where your most likely to be blocked in by some moron. And when your ready to pull out you have to drive over the 8" curb.
Other than that the launch is real nice.

Ma Ma says it's going to be to damn cold....55-60 degree's tops well maybe I can talk her into putting in in NewBuffalo only about a 10 mile run from there right?????100 miles round trip when its less than 60 wouldnt sit well with the Mrs. but I'll keep working on her!

Thats one of the reasons I was planning to leave a little early. Less speed, less wind, less cold but it takes longer.
I'll be there anyway, red cheeks and all.
Speaking of wives, my wife asked if we could plan a run next year with the girls in mind. She loves the boat but she doesn't enjoy the white knuckles and tears in her eyes. From what I've been reading, she is not the only one.

You can count me in, I am not sure where I am putting in at yet? Depends on the waves mainly, I can take the cold but trying to run from Northpoint in the cold and waves - not likely.

There is a Poker Run out of Riverside Marina on the Cal sag Saturday. Sign up is between 12:00 and 12:30 at Riverside and will bar hop between the bars on the river.
It's usually a good time especially if the lake is cold and rough.

I'm out! I have some sort of BUG. I thought it was fall allergies hitting me hard. I woke up this morning and couldn't breathe. I continued to feel worse all day. I just got in from work and my head want's to explode. Unless I feel a whole lot better I won't be going Saturday.
