A 21V super boat, challenger, progression, ect. set up right with a 300x single should run 85-90. If you spend the time and money on set up, you might do a little better. if you use a 300xs you will do better on fuel but loose a few mph.

Pretty sure a 21 Superboat will be in the low 90's

I found something but its a little bigger than 21 feet but I guarantee you will never spend a dime on fuel.
