Hmmm... all those rotted transom/floor/stringer offshore boats out there that aren't cost-effective to fix. Round em up and offer Viking Offshore Funerals. Lay em to rest, push em out, and light em up! That's a business opportunity right there.

If you sh!t the bed before the tourist season hits , you know your friends/workers will "Weekend at Bernies" you till at least April so they can make some good money. They can just lay you down in different places and say your sleeping it off. By the time they cremate you , you'll be so dried out , you will burn like an old Christmas tree. All joking aside , we spread my sisters ashes just offshore of where I live / work.She always said this is what she wanted done , but I didnt think she would be gone so soon.

Fck, this thread is yet another example of why OSO is one of the best places on the web .
Now I'm having 2nd thoughts . My will requests that I be buried at sea but I'm kinda liking that Viking funeral scenario . A much bigger bang . If they can't remember me for anything else at least they wont forget my burial !
