Thats what I was thinkin around 15 but he is stuck on 20.To get it to my liking,I would have to put in about 8 to 10.

Yeah, 20K is definitely too much. I'm no expert, but from my experience with mine, keeping these old boats in tip top shape takes $$$ and bringing back one that has sat for so long will take even more money. It's a shame. Hope it eventually finds a good home, before it gets any worse.
