Looking at a 23' Warlock and need some help...
 

Hey Guys,

I was hoping to get some advice a Warlock. I am not new to boating, but new to performance boats. I am looking at a 1991 23' Warlock. The boat is powered with a 502 with a demon 850 carb. Also has a newer bravo 1 with hydraulic steering and trim tabs running a 23'' 3 blade. Engine and drive have less than 50 hours. A few gauges are not working, however the interior needs to be completely redone. I was hoping you guys may have some insight on the boat, is it even a good boat? What kind of speed to expect? I was told it cruises 45 tops out at 65, seems a bit sluggish. Anything I should look for? I am looking for a boat that I can run in a large lake, most of my runs are 30-40 miles one way. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Not sure how to attach pics, but I have a couple if anyone could help me.

i have a 89 23' and love it , they are great boats built very well. stock in 89 with a 454 they ran 71 mph .

Thanks for the info. Any one else have any experience with these boats?
