Evinrude 300 G1 Foot Throttle Help
Hi Guys
Wondered if any of you guys would be able to answer a question for us. I am running twin Evinrude 300's on a 32ft Phantom (UK hull) for UIM Marathon racing. It has upgraded race mounts and modified saddles thus the engines are good for what we require. However the control boxes are Fly-By-Wire.
I know that the latest G2 have an optional foot throttle however I am trying to find if there is a company out there producing a foot throttle for the Fly By Wire G1 version of the engines. I do not believe the G2 foot throttle is compatible with the G1.
There is an Italian company who produce and program a unit for FPT Fly By Wire for an Outerlimits race boat however the company isn't great in their communication and thus do not hold out much hope.
If it possible, It would be great to find a company who can make something up. Pic of our boat are on our website.
