Beachcraft Barracuda 25-27ft ?

I've been searching for information on the below boat with close to no luck so far. From what I understand the boats were made in Miami but I don't know much more than that. Below are my current questions as I look to close a deal on a boat that looks just like this one... Weight? Construction type? Concerns? Would you buy one? Speed?
