Most "go-fast" boats only have their tallest point to stand, right at midship, just forward of the helm.
The most telling factor to give you a perspective of what's in the cabin is to look at how much profile the boat has ABOVE the rub rail. The more "hump", the more headroom.

Some boats with MASSIVE headroom througout the cabin:
38' Fountain Express Cruiser
38' Fountain Sport Cruiser
43' Black Thunder
46' Black Thunder

Others that have quite a bit of headroom to permit standing in certain places also pending your height:
38' Powerplay
38' Sonic
35' Sonic
38' Donzi ZX (not the ZR models)
33' Donzi ZX
37' Active Thunder
33' Active Thunder

I also have a PowerQuest 380 Avenger. Lots of room. At 6'-1", I can't stand, but can walk around with my head tipped.

I liked a lot of Sonics when I was searching for boats over the past year. Definitely was my 2nd choice to the PQ.

Something I've been curious about and I think I have a sense of what the answer will be: On this sublist, what does the order look like of the fastest under a given power package? Some of these big comfy boats need a hell of a lot of power to run, but others seem to do pretty well without crazy power.

40 Hustler Fiore is nice and roomy and a fast hull that handles the rough water very well. Deep and wide. lots of room all around. almost in the same ballpark as the Black Thunder but a faster hull.
I had one for a long time, if you ever get the chance to get in one, walk around, ride in one, you will be impressed. The speed will impress almost anyone especially for the size of the boat!

Just spitballing, but if you put 525EFIs in all of those boats mentioned, I think you would see top speed roughly bottom --> up; fastest to slowest.
BUT that all matters on options. The top speed of a 37AT can swing 6-8mph based on prop choice, drive choice, vintage, option, and load.
