If I were looking I would look for in this order Fountain, Forumla, Powerquest, Baja. A lot of Baja snubberss but they are a good boat, just them and powerquest are heavier and slower. Anything over 30 is going to have twins more than likely. 25k I think you should be able to get mid 90s possible even late 90s depending.

Most 27 singles out there with stock power will get you in the 65-70mph range assuming they are BBC or bigger.
