Hold Reed Jensen in your good thoughts and prayers. This is from his friend Stefan: Hi Corina, just want to let you know that Reed Jensen had an accident yesterday. A woman apparently did a u-turn in front of him unexpectedly around 8 PM in Burbank on Fist Street and San Fernando in Burbank. He is currently at the LA County Hospital with 2 broken arms and a broken femur, Surgery has not been performed yet, but he has been immobilized and put in a cast of heavy bandages. His room number for the time being is 5 A 122. =============== =============== I spoke with my buddy Reed Jensen this afternoon and he got seriously ****ed up on Sunday when a car turned into him while he was riding in Burbank... Two broken arms, wrists, leg, knee, broken ribs, fractured sternum, shoulder and so on.... He will be having a number of surgeries to put his **** back together..... Be extra careful out there if you are on a bike because you are the fender/bumper... We talked about this kinda thing while having lunch at Newcomb's on Saturday watching squids riding back and forth in shorts and tee shirts....I mentioned squid don't think about how the **** are they going to wipe their ass if they broke their arms let alone sit on the bowl to take a **** with your leg in a full cast.. :-( I have known too many guys that have lost their lives or got ****ed up riding...enough already because it can happen to you.. Prayers for a speedy and complete recovery. I am done with bikes as are almost all of my friends, incredible fun but there are more and more distracted drivers out there. (that was before pokemon go) Not worth the risk.
