We will be driving our Nortech 390 from Punta Gorda down and over to Miami to do the run to KW. Im working on plotting my course tonight but have never boated on the east coast of Florida. Any advice on best route to run from Key West up to Miami? Any areas in particular to avoid?

The inside seems best from Miami to Marathon and then we usually run the south 38 miles outside. Use the channel and you will be all set.
