Best Boating Summer Ever!
 

I hope others are enjoying this awesome summer and cheap gas. At least here in metro Detroit. I've been out 22 times so far and this week is forecast to be near 90 all week. Gas was $2.04 yesterday and the 525 likes cheap 87 octane. The perfect storm. Hell yeah! Making great memories. Saginaw Bay fun run. Muscamoot Bay. Sex on the boat. Kemosabe was at Brown's Bar yesterday. Life is good. :)

Just picked up the boat yesterday, but we have every intention of enjoying the summer. I am liking the gas prices for the trip to San Diego and back to Central Texas trip :)

We need to do the Charity Island run a couple times each year. That has turned out to be one of my favorite runs. I need to get the galls to run over to the west coast and hook up with one of the WMO events.

That sucks. I'm a week-day boater. Weekends are to head to the raft-up on Muscamoot Bay! Too many cruisers plowing through the water.

Pretty sure I saw you last Saturday (the 25th) leaving Gull Island around 11:30-12...ish. We were coming down from the Middle Channel and you were heading out pointed towards the metro park. Not too many Yellow 22's running around!!!

We anchored at Gull and Kemosabe came ripping by about an hr later. Brownies on Harsens was packed for lunch that day too. Been an amazing Summer in Michigan!!!

I had to chuckle how you just threw that in there. Definitely contributes to the fun!

The river has cooperated this year with no flooding and we have gotten a lot of great boating in so far. Looking forward to this continuing well into the fall.

Lot's of rain here - seems like every weekend.

Paid $1.85 for 87 this morning.
