SBC Blown or N/A
 

Okay Guys I have a choice.I am replacing engines on my boat.I can only fit small blocks.I have a choice.Blown 383 or a stroked 434 small block that is naturally aspirasted.Blown puts out about 700hp and 600 on TQ but on about 10lbs Boost.The 434 puts out 575hp and 550 on TQ running 10 to 1.This is a big investment.A friend of mine has a similar boat with 454s running 450hp and same in tq and runs about 90mph.I am looking for speed and reliability.This is a huge investment and will have the motors professionally built.All advice and opinions welcome.
