That old 29 race boat of reggies and then trents ran in the 80's. Trent told me it was all over the place at those speeds. and that was a single engine boat! Be careful!

Andy that puts you at about 9%slip if you turned 30s at 9% at 5600 you would be in the high 90's but 9% is wow But If you want to try my Bravos from my formula you can give them a shot they are 28's pitched to 29 and labbed. you should be able to turn those 56-5800 and see what they do. I will be at boaters on Saturday

i have a set of 30pitch bravos I'm trying this weekend ill see how they go, i am tuned to rev 5650 rpm hopefully i can get close to that and find a sweet sport on the pad

I'm probably going to switch to 380s this winter and see how that does, for now unless I'm alone or with someone who knows to hold on i tab to 5 and run 81-82 at 4800rpms

That should be an improvement you should pick up another 200 rpm with those 30's labbed 30's could be the ticket. Let me know you are welcome to try them any time

Cheeers, Toffen Yes it is there s a build thread on boatmad forum . unfortunatly it s not a steve baker one but from another mold couldnt figure out from who as I know quite a few that copy the hull but we have cut hull and deck when got here and start over all stringers , transom and floor construction even put a bulkhead in front under the deck , build to last ! Use to run a 25 foot sunsation aggressor with twin turbo gale banks set up on a 454. Cop radar gun said 87 but she had a little more in it. Wife would beat the **** out of me after 80 with all the chine walking. Fun boat...for me anyways.
