It was the boat in the top picture of the 2 pics. Which is a 44MTI. By all accounts from people who saw them board at dog days there were only 2men on board. Ritchie it great guy and a very dear friend with more cat experience than 99% of the people on this site. So please try to keep the post classy and respectful for him, his family and friends.

We watched them back in at Dog Days and I thought there were three on board then. It was a tight spot and backed in there without an issue. The boat was still there when we left. It's a shame to loose anyone on what should be a fun week at the lake. RIP

A dark day for all boaters. I hate reading reports like this, whatever the final outcome will be.

I helped Richie out of the slip at Dog Days and said see you brother. Had I known it was our last words, I'm sure I could've come up with something more clever. Love you brother and I'll see you again one day.

Sad, thoughts to Richies family, we ran the bimini race in 08, Richie truly had the very first lambo sponsered green canopied mti, later that weekend when it went over in the race his was the boat that sea tow tried to hide. He always carried himself with a soft accent and a smile.

I was one of the first on the scene and It was very tragic. We tried hard to help the situation. My family's hearts go out to those involved. We said a prayer and instantly saw a rainbow and a beautiful sunset. RIP
