Is the driver doing ok from the single engine black v-bottom that spunout at the finish line?

They reported he was conscious as he was being loaded into the ambulance.

Saw on FB that he spent the night in the hospital, and is going to be OK.

Glad he's okay. Im shocked at how fast that boat went down. Was it recovered?

He is going to be ok, just very banged up! Talked with him yesterday, hoping to be released from hospital today....thank you all for your concern and thoughts!!
