I/O guys up here put their boats away after Labor Day, outboard guys put them away after Halloween....
I've boated every month of the year on LOTO in an I/O boat. Both closed and non-closed cooling engines.

Then you'll be the first to admit it bites winterizing a second or third time after a November/December warm snap, right?
Because now when those warm snaps happen, at the end of the day I switch to a 3 gallon remote tank with stabilizer and 2 stroke oil at the empty docks, run it for 5 minutes, and trailer it home. No more blue plugs, no more RV antifreeze, no more worrying if I got all the water out.
