anyone travel great lakes down to NY,NJ ?
 

I would love to hear your experience if you've traveled this. interested in the trip from Duluth, Min. (lake superior) all the way down the Erie canal system to the hudson, down to New jersey. I may need to move a large boat that way. 80' BY 20' beam.

tell us what kind of boat and power you had. how long it took, what cruise speed? and how much fuel used. Please. Thanks. Joe
