Yep, stolen, and then abandoned. I think it was mentioned that it was seen being towed by an F-150 or something.

The boat was being towed into St. Louis on 70 by a sport chassis truck when reported "stolen". I was pulling my boat to Loto and met it going into Stl right after it was "stolen".
