Found something on an outboard boat worse than changing Bravo impellers...
Removing the $&@king windshield was way worse than changing a Bravo impeller. The T-bolts in the channel were a little undersized and kept turning in the channel. All of them had 2 nuts on each bolt, one of which was a nylock, and only a few were in eyesight.
Pulling old nuts blindly by feel while contorted- it was like a Fountain skank in a dark cuddy at a Florida poker run... 8 of 18 spun, so 4 hours after I started, it's removed and ready to go to the powdercoater. This is a project I don't think I'll do again.

I have not... And after pulling a fiberglass splinter from under my fingernail, I remembered why I went back to egg beaters. My hatch only opens for 2 stroke oil and beverages, and I'm ok with that.
