I'd like to share an experience we've had with Young Performance Marine in recent years. We purchased an American Offshore NSX 2600 three years ago at an economical price. We picked the boat up and then preceded to Young Performance Marine. We dropped the boat off and knew nothing about the boat. We told Eddie we want a 100mph boat that can teach youngsters how to ski. After 6 months and more money than originally budgeted (f.... boating) he delivered big! This boat rocks! We did ruin some drives in the process but Eddie fixed that as well. Just wanted to send some credit where it's due. Thanks Eddie!

It sounds like you're as good of sport/customer as he is service provider. More often than not, people would be complaining about the time, money and drives.
