Shipping Issue
 

It has come to my attention that one of our recent customers has posted a complaint on this great service.

I felt it necessary to comment about "Zahndok's" complaint.
Our company policy, just as all reputable companies, is satisfaction guarantied. Due to our mistake in shipping, our customer was inconvenienced. We are deeply apologetic to "Zahndok". This has given me an insight on a pinhole flaw in our shipping process.

In my companies shipping history this is our first problem of its kind, but it is not acceptable. This has been addressed in my shipping department and will not happen again.

Thank you for all the supportive comments made about Stern lock. We are working hard to keep your boats safe!

Let me be the first to ask about a OSO Discount

I first seen your prodcut at the Miami boat show in 2000
Was interested in it at the time.
I already had the McGuard locks on and thought, bad choice of words, :) was under the impression that would be enough protection.
I found out that same summer just how easy it is to remove the McGuard nuts WITHOUT the Key :(
No I did not loose a drive, I was in Havasu and had to have the engines alligned after a motor mount failure.
I will not go into detail on what was done to remove the locks :( But lets just say it was way to easy.

Point bieng, many people might just be interested in your product at a good discount :)
Especially me since i have twins :)

Anyone else interested ??
