Question Big Power & Reliability

worked all summer trying to get the buggs worked out of my 540 blower motor and 2 weeks ago i popped the motor talk about frustration! a buddy told me welcome to the world of hotrod boating i wanted to say kiss my azz it did not cost you a thing and and you got to ride in a 100,000.00 boat for free. ho well. I need the boards help i am going to buy a new motor and with the boards help i will make up my mine to whom i will go with. this is what i need about 850hp or a little more and i need some RELIABLE i try to take care of my stuff i dont push to hard i do like to go over 100 every now and then i dont want to spend 80,000.00 on a motor i may be asking for the moon but you never know tell you ask thanks

What happened to motor? Have you looked at some of the sponsors of this site for an engine?

turbojack heads backed off and burnt between 1and3 on deck and head tinkerboated it was big to start with

Buy Kook's 572. It looks like a hell of a deal if its still for sale.

Yea -- mine was bigger also but OSO wouldn't let me use it untill I cut it down to no bigger than 100 by 100.

Wasn't Kooks 572 built by Bruce D. the guy others are having trouble with? He even said he thought it wasn't making the power it was supposed to.?.

Pfaff or Teague. I would call them and tell them what you have that is salvageable. I'm assuming you have at least a blower and a pan See what they can do for you from there.
