We are going down friday morning and planing on eating at Docknockers that night. (crab leggs Moose). Maybe a get together at I don't know some place like Horny Toad or something around 5ish on Saturday.

I haven't been to this in about 3 years, who remembers the rules and cost of the poker run?

Yep, we'll be there Friday night after work.

As far as the rules go, it's not really a poker run. It's $10 hand, and there is no set order of stops or time schedule. You've got all weekend to go around to different dock bars or marinas to get 7 cards. Keep your best 5.

Bring lots of tip money if you expect to actually win, because there is a whole lot of cheatin going on. :rolleyes: Mostly just do it to have fun. If you have a designate driver, then a shot at each stop makes the hop rather lively! :eek:

Although, we could get a side deal going on that would be fair amoung friends if we have enough boats and set up a course of 7 stops. I'm up for it if anyone else is.

i was planning on going but cant make it forgot about previous commentment . but going down this weekend to start putting thing away for winter god i hate that word.

the rules
pay your 10buck
go to a minimum of 5 different drinking establishment ( or marine or resturant ) in a 2 day period of time to get your sheet stamped.
then mail your sheet in and wait to see if your contacted.

not sure yet. if i go, it won't be in my boat. as of last weekend, i have pulled my boat for the year.

Tbone and i will be at the lake this weekend for sure.

Keep in mind you can play as many times as you like!!

OK, a stupid question...is this run this weekend, or the weekend of the 12th?
If the 12th, I will possibly be there!
