Ext box and and a xr is just as long as a asd6 kit I've cut my self on my xr pretty good

Arneson is way longer than xr on boxes. I have xr on boxes and my buddy has asd. His stick out way further, mine are pretty much under my platform his are no where close

It's great how a thread about the 388 slingshot has turned to a what's more dangerous arnesons or bravos. 82predictors boat runs and rides mint, I was really suprised at how well it did in big lake erie water. Much better than I would have expected.

Since we're already off topic, dont their prop guards pretty much solve the problem? (and do they still rooster just as much with em on?)

I would think so? Being a surface drive the lower half of the diameter is getting almost all the inlet

Ok. I'll post the gore pic as a public service. This is a friend of mine, not something I just pulled from the web. This was done by a run of the mill round ear aluminum bravo prop. Thinking these can't hurt you might be more dangerous than the actual cleaver. I'd be more worried about people stepping on the safe bravo drive getting on and off the boat.

I don't think there was any debate about props at least not with me anyway they can all hurt you. But for someone to say that Asd's don't stick out any more then a brovo style Drive even a #6 is just crazy. Imo
