39 Nortech seems like a good fit as well as the 388. I'm not big on the beaks but the 38 or 42 could be options in a side by side config.. Possibly 38 T/S gun. Don't like the front bench (starboard cabin entry) of the AT's. I believe the 39v OL's have a decent seating setup?? Thought I seen them both ways..

Great list! I always like to give the advice to buy whatever the best overall value is. Most likely you will end up pouring more money into it then you plan, they all need more then we expect so better to start out with less into it vs resale value, unless your absolutely in love and it's your dream boat you will keep for a while, and we know plans change often!

I think you mentioned hoping for around 100 mph? How close are the boats you're considering to that speed. Seems like you'll have to give the power as much consideration as the boat if you want to hit that number.

The century mark would be nice to have. 90 Bare minimum. Coming from a mid 130's 30' boat so it will be a change regardless but don't want to give it up entirely. If I can hit those speeds with the added (Much needed) room, family will be happy and so will I....

Oh I see so 100mph with a toddler but don`t get those sharper props . Makes sense.

making me nervous!!!! I looked my boat over with a fine tooth comb when I bought it and don't have any cracks.. knock on wood. but water doesn't get very rough and the boats been babied its whole life.. hopefully this summer I can go TRY and chase mean streak in some big water ! lol

but in all serious-ness. the arnesons are not a problem. I have the prop guards. which is a nice bit of reassurance if someone would slip. I've had plenty of kids around the back of my boat, tell them to stay away. and they do. or just get a pair of prop bags... and you never need to worry. I swim around my props ALL THE TIME and never have even gotten close. I've been boozed up too. (after I'm back for the day). I think if an accident happens, you're screwed either way. I would never buy a bravo boat if I had the option of a comparable boat for similar money. JMO though. I'm with Dan and on this one lol

315 Phil, what power does your boat have? How does it compare to Vance's speed wise? Curious what difference the drives make.

the "danger" of an arneson boat is well worth the "risk" in my opinion
