Any of the boats flying out the door sold ? If so to whom ? Anyone up here on OSO bought any of these 3 brands ? - asking because I have not seen or heard of one person as a retail buyer saying or showing a Fountain, Baja or Donzi owning a brand new model in a very very long time ? I know these 3 brands have not sold brand new in the state of Texas for least 6 to 7 years. Not one and still have not currently.

IMO they are being delivered possible to a few dealers as consignments. I could be wrong but really like to know if the retail sales are showing signs of coming back for the Sportboat Vee's

I did... hull #001, 2016 Baja 35 outlaw. Id post a pic but can't figure out how to?

Great news, congrats! I think Griff is right, it's now listed as "sold" in the classified....

Looks very nice.

That's exactly what we all want to read, new boat sales from these great brands. Anyone else have first hand news?

The cockpit and cabin interior of the fountains was great in 08-09. So far they built one lightning and the interior that was put in that is horrible. They went with the older cabin and some "custom" **** cockpit. That being the only lightning built at the moment isn't going to help them. I know of nobody who likes the interior.

I think the fountain CCs are selling well. They are definitely building them and according to R3 they aren't for stock.

Ill be the first to admit I don't know all the particulars with building a boat and the costs associated. I do know that it is very expensive. Especially when you realize that one can buy a new corvette for the same or lower price than that of a motor and drive package. Unfortunately the economics involved dictate how things turn out.
